How to upload a picture from your computer

When you send a reply to a topic.......there are squar boxs above where you put your message.
When you put your mouse on the squra's they will show what they are.
Frist click on........"host an image" and "upload" your picture then "copy"
then go to "link box" and "paste" it in the "url" and click ok.
